  • 1 tablespoon fresh juice from 1 lime

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 6 ounces grated Longhorn cheddar, mild cheddar, or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 small white onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
